2. Citations are arranged in alphabetical order
3. Indent the 2nd, 3rd, etc. lines of the indentation and leave the 1st line hanging over - called a hanging indentation
4. If there is no author, leave that area blank
5. If there is no date on the Web site, put "n.d." for "no date"
6. If you use pictures, state the site from which you got them
